Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am an experienced tutor looking to help out students who are struggling. I graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware in 2012 as a Biology and Psychology double major, so I have a lot of experience in the Sciences in particular. I also have a good background in Math, English, History, and high-school Spanish. I currently attend Optometry school, but I am in the midst of changing career paths and focusing on education, as I find it much more fulfilling and enjoyable. I am currently pursuing my teacher certification in high-school Biology and Chemistry through the Alternate Route program. I have been tutoring various subjects since 2007, such as Geometry, Chemistry, and Biology. I have tutored mostly high school, college, and graduate students, but have a lot of experience working with younger children as a babysitter and camp counselor, and would happy to tutor middle school and elementary school aged children as well.
